Monkey Business

At Kayabuki Tavern Sake House in the town of Utsunomiya in Japan, about an hour north of Tokyo by train, two macaque monkeys certified as restaurant workers deliver drinks and hot towels to customers. Their shifts are limited to two hours by animal rights regulations. Customers tip with boiled soybeans.
