Refreshing with a nice chill during the warm weather evenings
Open as you would any sparkling and a pleasant aroma of lemon blossom, pear and hints of green apple on the nose. Once in the flute notice fine bubbles. This is from tirage of forty one months.
The palate opens with layered citrus and pear. The finish has creamy and zesty body with a balanced sharp acidity. Slight complexity from the chardonnay and pinot noir grapes adding great character.
