CHATEAU LAFITE ROTHCHILD 2020 Bordeaux

Premier Grand Cru 
Still owned by the Rothchild family for more than six generations. Lafite has existence dating back to the 14th century. 
The deep garnet color has three blended grapes. Cabernet Sauvignon 92%, Merlot 7% and Petit Verdot 1%. 
The bouquet shows dense black current plum and ripe black fruit and violet. 
The palate is a layered concentrate of graphite, smoked tobacco, ripe blackberries, truffle and hints of orange peel. The finish is elegant with bold balanced tannins

Mouton Rothchild, St.Estephe, Chateau Latour.
The wine is best paired with classic meat dishes, lamb, roasts, pork, duck and wild game.
